3.) Contain: Critical barriers, negative air with HEPA filtration.

4.) Remove & Clean: Controlled demo; HEPA vacuum; chem-sponge; alkaline/solvent washes; dry-ice/soda blasting when needed.

5.) Verify: Visual cleanliness, moisture targets, odor challenge; documentation.

6.) Rebuild: Permits, inspections, insulation/drywall/paint, flooring, cabinets/trim, punch-list.
