How We Operate:

2.)
Permits, Licensing & Pre-Job Compliance:
Pull permits; CSL supervision for structural; HIC registration for residential improvements; lead testing/assumption and RRP setup for pre-1978 homes.

3.)
Structural & Envelope:
Framing repairs/sistering, sheathing, roofing, siding, windows/doors to code.

4.)
MEP Coordination:
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC by licensed trades; rough-ins inspected; close walls after pass.

5.)
Insulation, Drywall & Finishes:
Insulate per code; hang/tape/skim; paint with low-VOC; install flooring, trim, cabinets, tops, tile.

6.)
Finals & Verification:
Fixture set, appliances, punch-list; inspections and certificate of completion as applicable; homeowner walkthrough & photo close-out packet.
